Signing up is quick and easy. Just visit our website or stop by any Team location and we’ll get you set up in minutes.

6. Can I use my Unlimited Wash Club membership at any Team location?

Yes! Your membership works at any Team Car Wash location. Wash wherever is most convenient for you — your plan travels with you.

7. Can I add more than one vehicle to my membership?

Each membership covers one vehicle, but you can add additional memberships at 20% off. It’s a great way to keep the whole household driving clean.

8. How do I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club membership?

No hassle, no hoops. You can cancel anytime online or by reaching out to us at team@theteamcarwash.com. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing period.

9. Will I be charged automatically each month?

Yes, your membership renews automatically each month so you never have to think about it. You’ll always be ready for a wash.

10. Is the Unlimited Wash Club worth it if I only wash occasionally?

If you wash your car two or more times a month, the club pays for itself quickly. For frequent washers, the savings add up fast — plus it’s just one less thing to think about.

12. What’s the difference between your Express and Full Service locations?

Our Express locations deliver a thorough exterior wash plus self-serve vacuums — perfect for your everyday clean, fast. Full Service locations go further, adding interior detailing so your car looks great inside and out.

13. Do you offer interior cleaning too?

Absolutely! At our Express locations, self-serve vacuums are available so you can freshen up the inside on your own time. At our Full Service locations, our team takes care of the interior detailing for you — a complete refresh from top to bottom.

14. How long does a wash take?

Our Express washes are done in just a couple of minutes. Full Service visits take a bit longer, but we work efficiently so you’re back on the road quickly.

15. Do I need to exit my vehicle during the wash?

At our Express locations, you stay in your car the whole time — easy and effortless. At Full Service locations, a team member will guide you on where to wait while we take care of everything.

16. Is it safe to go through the wash with a roof rack, antenna, or spoiler?

We recommend retracting antennas before entering and checking with a Team associate if you have aftermarket accessories or a roof rack. We want to make sure your vehicle comes through looking great.

17. Will the wash scratch or damage my paint?

Not at all. We use modern, gentle equipment designed to clean effectively without harming your vehicle’s finish. Your paint is in good hands.

18. What if I’m not happy with my wash?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something didn’t meet your expectations, let a team member know before you leave or email us at team@theteamcarwash.com and we’ll make it right.

Our Express locations are open 8am–8pm, 7 days a week. Full Service locations are open 8am–6pm, 7 days a week.
